Amy and Jeff; friendship at the heart

In you, I’ve found the love of my life and my closest, truest friend.

Muse couple Amy and Jeff were married in secret surrounded by their family and all the magic that May weather brings. With an engagement party approaching, what better way to kick off the celebrations by announcing they had already tied the knot! There was a code of silence among all the vendors involved and it felt amazing to share in such an intimate love story!

Amy and Jeff met over beers n bets at their local and after spending some time together, their friendship grew into the best kind. Their first date was a 3d movie and takeaway - its little things like laughing together and not taking each other too seriously that will be the things that become of most value in years to come, and these guys do plenty of it!

Jeff proposed over Easter, with a surprise ring inside a giant chocolate egg - what a perfect combination! These are the kinds of stories that make me smile!

Their wedding day was full of emotional moments. Amy got ready with her mum and sister. Jeff got ready a few cabins away from Amy and nervously anticipated the first look - which they shared privately among the tall trees behind their cabin. The sun decided to creep out just as we took those memories and the golden glow was so beautiful and created a warm halo around Amy and Jeff. We unconventionally wandered around the venue before the ceremony to capture some loved up moments - that way when it was time to party, it was all candid fun! Their dusk ceremony was so sublime, with moody lighting and all the intimate feels. Amy was an elegant, timeless and dramatic bride with her gorgeous bold red florals. Together they are rock stars! Their gratitude and excitement for their special day couldn't be any clearer - and they both made a point to include their family even the little ones who added such a spark to the day. I loved meeting them all!

Love is friendship that has caught fire.

This was a wedding that kept going way past the end of the day. For me, it meant I could embrace a quiet stillness while creating their story. There is something really special about such an intimate gathering, like friends around for dinner - a long table, good food, awesome company and lots of dancing, just how a celebration of love should be.

Thank you Amy and Jeff for allowing us to share your story and for your gratitude and kindness. We wish you all the peace and happiness for your future.
