My love of photography and visual storytelling began by the influence of my father who was an artist and carpenter and my mother, who is a humble poet and avid gardener. On my walls hung my dad’s work and in journals, I found my mother’s. As a young child, I was enthralled in books, film and writing. I was also fascinated with old photographs and the stories they told. It was later in life after having my daughter that I found photography. A hobby progressed through word of mouth, and eleven years ago I began my business, Muse. As someone who is always focused on the story - photography has rewarded me with the ability to tell many. I love escaping to other worlds, living other lives - losing myself to tell a story, its really a kind of magic!
